#1. Why do you want to join the staff? What do you plan to contribute?

#2. Although a good deal of our material is archived from the Game Pond, this is not to be thought of as a "Game Pond site". In other words, I don't want any articles focusing on it, and I don't want existing information being vandalized because you don't like the Game Pond, or someone from there, etc.

#3. This site is not to be used to start wars with other sites. If someone else intiates it with us first, we reserve the right to make a response, but it's not to be started here and not to be elevated beyond the necessary level.

I never said I didn't think what you did at the Game Pond wasn't deserved. But the fact remains that I don't want our site being used as a weapon against anyone that you might eventually have a problem with (or for all I know, anyone you might still have a problem with.) And I don't want the site being used to be cruel to people either, like that "Ode to the Game Pond Lamers" that somehow slipped under my radar.

Why don't you submit some samples of what you plan to contribute. Either post it to the board or send it to the site's email address for review. I realize we don't update much so maybe it could be helpful to have someone on board who's willing to actually do something, but I'm not guaranteeing we'll take you onboard. DH might still have a bone to pick with you about that time you hacked her ezboard account and attacked this board.
