Don't ask me how I did this, but I found the page at StumbleUpon. I don't know where the topic is on the forums regarding it, though. I tried searching "StumbleUpon" here, Port Saiid, ShnooWorld, the Game Pond, and Sweetbee's, and I don't see it anywhere.

I might be going back quite a few years here, but I'm almost positive someone mentioned this site once before and you pointed out that they didn't know what an RPG was because they complained that you reviewed or wrote some article about RPGs and it wasn't (by their definition) real RPGs.

One thing that's kind of funny is that people try to submit their own sites at cracked while pretending to be someone else. They always do a hilariously inept job at disguising that it's their own site (considering it's their own creation, they can't come up with something better than, "Hey, I just found this webcomic, and it's funny!"). I'm not sure why submitting your own site would be an abuse of the system, anyway. If it's a spam site, wouldn't a rule against spam sites make more sense?

There could be simple tricks to thwart abusers of the system if you wanted to allow people to submit their own sites.

First of all, you could limit the amount of URLS from a single domain a person can submit. So, if I wanted to I could submit my front page, the RAU Gallery index, and the Reviews index page, but I wouldn't be able to submit every page or every time I make a new update.

I agree that SU's traffic is of no long-term benefits, visiters come just for the sake of stumbling a maximum no. of sites. They hardly spend 6secs on your site.

This goes back to me being retarded about human nature. Naturally, I think I'm an idealist about human nature. I have no idea why, since it's not like I've had positive experiences with human nature that gave me a positive outlook.

The one that really puzzled me was the time that someone put that "Catch'em Clyde" thing on SU. True that I allow people to bookmark any page of mine that they want, but why put that on SU of all things?

I did something really stupid. I registered my StumbleUpon account to a different Yahoo email than my normal address (I guess because I was unsure of the site and didn't want to get spam from it), but then I forgot the passwords to both the SU account and the new Yahoo account. So, I might have to re-register as Bananaquit2 if I can't find them or figure them out. (If I want to make another prank review, that is. Maybe I could even make a joke about that and work it into the review...)

The basic idea of this site is for typically vapid teenagers with generic anime avatars to review websites they've just barely read or can understand with one-to-two sentence internet cliches.

Places like this make ReviewPlanet look intelligent. If it wasn't for the fact that I'm way too old to be doing this type of thing, I'd seriously think about terrorizing that place, "N-Sider" style. Not like it would be too hard.
