I think what I usually do is that I'll turn it on, and if they're talking about something that sounds interesting or funny or playing a funny song, I'll leave it. But if I turn it on and all I hear is laughter, I'll switch to something else.

Yes, I agree they could cut the laughter by about 1/2 and there'd still be quite a bit of it. But I still love listening to it for all the weird news and funny songs and guests they often have on there.

I occasionally listen to Bob and Tom, and sometimes they do make me laugh out loud, but what often happens is that someone on the show will say something that's moderately funny and they'll all laugh for like 5 minutes at it.
