I'm not sure if the best place to ask this is here or Port Saiid, but this place is less formal, so maybe here is the best. Anyway, I've seen this come up several times and I'm not quite 100% clear on it, so maybe someone can explain...

What exactly is meant by calling something a "scene"?

If it's not enough that drugs and other controversies dominate the mainstream sports, it seems like the entire swimming genre isn't coming down to who is the better swimmer, but what is the better swimsuit - the Arena X-Glide vs. a Speedo.

Maybe in the future we'll have the technology to just make the suits swim against each other without getting a person involved.

Every time I make a post here or at any Yuku board besides Port Saiid, I get the "Willy Wonka" message. Then the board goes back to normal in a few minutes and it turns out that the post did go through. Weird.

Just as I designated a single topic for celebrity deaths at Port Saiid, I think it would be helpful to have a single "Happy Birthday" topic, too. I'm putting it on our board because wishing people a happy birthday is usually more casual than a typical conversation.

I've heard "Take the Long Way Home" three times within the past couple of weeks. All three times I heard it on the radio in the car and I heard it all the way from start to finish.

I also heard "Jet Airliner" twice within that same time period. Once with "Threshold" and once without. Both times it was the censored version, though.

BTW, I'm retiring my own version of the Game Ideas Archive that I had started on my site but never finished either, since it looks like Junus will complete the DHN version this time.
